The EMBODY Box, shipped to you with resources, prompts, and sensory anchors to create your birth space
The EMBODY Line (WhatsApp + voice notes) from Chapter 1 to two weeks after birth (Mon–Fri replies within 24 hours) *sessions only option available (no ongoing support)
